Our online modules represent a fast, effective and affordable training solution.

Staff can learn flexibly, at their own pace, whenever and wherever suits best. Graded in response to your particular business needs, our online training can be accessed immediately and will remain valid for 12 months.


Bronze Level 

Created specifically to raise employee awareness of data protection and meet the mandatory training requirements set down by the Information Commissioner’s Office our introductory level, Bronze course, is suitable for small to medium companies with limited data handling capabilities and a lower level of turnover. The 45 minute course educates participants on the reasons behind data protection legislation, provides an introduction to and the history of GDPR, details key definitions under GDPR, defines the roles of people and organisations in GDPR, sets out the 6 GDPR Principles and what they mean in practice, as well as defining the rights of data subjects.Participants benefit from real life case studies and have their new knowledge evaluated through 20 assessment questions. 


Silver Level

Our Silver level course is aimed at companies for whom the impact of GDPR will be greater; those that handle large amounts of data or some sensitive data, those that a publicised breach would seriously damage in terms of reputation and profitability, and those whose finances would be severely affected by a fine of 4% of turnover. This level takes 90 minutes to complete and includes everything covered in the Bronze level, as well as; subject access requests, the Information Commissioner's Office and it’s data protection enforcement powers , the risks to staff and organisations of a data breach, international transfers of data, sample crisis situations, as well as what constitutes a data breach and how to handle it. Participants will have their knowledge tested by 50 assessment questions and successful respondents will be awarded with a certificate in data protection. Organisations availing of the Silver training will benefit from monthly reporting on completed training sessions.


         

 

 

 

 

 

Gold level

Our Gold level course is aimed at companies for whom the impact of GDPR will be greater; those that handle large amounts of data or some sensitive data, those that a publicised breach would seriously damage in terms of reputation and profitability, and those whose finances would be severely affected by a fine of 4% of turnover. This training is suitable for companies who want to invest in a high level of GDPR readiness and compliance. Our Gold level training takes 90 minutes to complete and will, in addition to all the elements included in the Bronze and Silver courses, provide trainees with the opportunity to test their level of knowledge by undergoing formal assessment at the close of training. Organisations can monitor the results of this assessment, as well as employees progression throughout the training, within their monthly progress report.  Further to this, employees may provide feedback in relation to any organisational GDPR concerns, forming the basis of a report for the management team.


Platinum Level 

Platinum level, our most advanced online training option, is sector specific and once again aimed at companies for whom the impact of GDPR will be greater; those that handle large amounts of data or some sensitive data, those that a publicised breach would seriously damage in terms of reputation and profitability, and those whose finances would be severely affected by a fine of 4% of turnover. This training offers everything included in the Gold package, with the added benefit of sector specific information, providing a more relevant and in-depth training experience for employees. 


Platinum Level
