Briefed Ltd – Events/Training Terms and Conditions

Fees

Organisations booking training courses are requested to pay the fee within 14 days of the date of the invoice.

Cancellations/Refunds

Cancellations for training events are subject to a 25% administration fee where the cancellation is made more than one calendar month before the date of the event. No refund is payable for a cancellation made within the calendar month immediately prior to the training – in this event the full sum shown on the invoice remains payable.

Non Attendance

We are unable to offer refunds to any delegates who do not attend the training and the full sum shown on the invoice remains payable.

Late Payment

All delegates are expected to pay the sum of the invoice prior to attending the event. Briefed reserves the right to charge late payment interest on any outstanding invoice at the rate of 5% above the base rate of Dankse Bank. Where an unpaid invoice is referred for debt collection, the legal costs will be added to the total amount due.

Alterations / Cancellations of Courses by Briefed

It may be necessary for Briefed to change the content and timing of a course, the trainer, the date or the venue. In the unlikely event of the course being cancelled by Briefed, a full refund will be made unless the delegate transfers his or her booking to an alternative date/city for the course. For all bookings, the liability of Briefed shall be limited to the amount of the fee actually paid to Briefed by the delegate. For this reason, delegates are encouraged to not to book travel or accommodation more than two weeks prior to any course date.

Registration Information

Registration information, including directions to the venue and timings, will be sent to the delegate by email at least 7 days prior to the event. Briefed will not be responsible for the non arrival of registration information.
